Job Overview
This role is a pivotal part of the Flight Operations team, responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of flight schedules, compliance with regulatory standards, and the optimization of operational efficiency. The Senior Flight Operations Manager will lead a cross‑functional team, coordinate with pilots, dispatchers, and ground staff, and implement best practices that align with Air Mauritius’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain flight schedules, ensuring adherence to regulatory and safety standards.
- Lead a team of flight operations staff, providing coaching, performance reviews, and professional development.
- Collaborate with pilots, dispatchers, and ground operations to resolve operational issues and optimize flight paths.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with ICAO, IATA, and Mauritian Civil Aviation Authority regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement new technologies to enhance operational performance.

Salary
