Job Overview

The Digital Payments Product Manager will lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of HSBC’s digital payment solutions, including mobile wallets, online checkout, and emerging fintech integrations.   • Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and risk teams to develop, test, and launch secure payment products.
  • Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch, monitoring performance metrics and iterating based on data‑driven insights.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, AML/KYC requirements, and international payment standards such as PCI DSS.
  • Develop pricing models, business cases, and ROI analyses to support investment decisions.
  • Lead go‑to‑market strategies, including product positioning, communication plans, and partnership development with fintech firms.
  • Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and produce regular reports for senior leadership.
  • Act as the primary product evangelist, delivering presentations to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital payments ecosystems, including mobile wallets, QR codes, and API‑based integrations.
  • Proven product management experience in banking or fintech, preferably with a focus on payments.
