We are seeking a meticulous and highly analytical Senior Hospitality Auditor to join our finance team in Grand Baie. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular internal audits across all resort departments to ensure compliance with Marriott’s global financial standards.
  • Analyze financial reports and operational data to detect irregularities, fraud, or inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement robust internal control procedures.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports for the General Manager and regional finance directors.
  • Monitor inventory management and procurement processes to minimize wastage and loss.
  • Ensure all revenue-generating activities are accurately recorded and reconciled.
