We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Researcher to join our growing design team in Grand Baie. This role is critical in shaping the next generation of digital experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights for product managers and designers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into the product development lifecycle.

Education

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX research, preferably within a large-scale software or digital product company. Proven track record of influencing product strategy through research-driven insights is mandatory.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
