The Senior Logistics Fleet Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic coordination and operational efficiency of our regional land and sea transport assets. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Fleet Management Systems (FMS) and ERP software.
- Deep understanding of multimodal transport logistics (Sea, Land, and Air).

- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Expert knowledge of international maritime laws and local transport regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
Education
A Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
Experience
A minimum of 7 years of experience in large-scale fleet management or logistics operations is essential. Proven experience in a leadership role within a multinational logistics or shipping company is highly preferred. Salary
