Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive, multimedia-rich e-learning modules using advanced authoring tools.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex academic concepts into engaging learning experiences.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify performance gaps and design targeted educational interventions.
• Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models (such as ADDIE or SAM) to all curriculum development projects.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through data-driven assessment and feedback loops.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure instructional materials align with global quality standards.

Required Skills

• Expertise in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
• Deep understanding of cognitive load theory and instructional design methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and integration.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple curriculum development lifecycles simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and academic experts.

Education

A Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field is mandatory. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field with significant professional experience may be considered in exceptional circumstances.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, specifically focusing on digital learning environments. Proven experience in managing large-scale educational projects and leading design teams is highly desirable. Experience in the publishing or EdTech industry is a significant advantage.

Salary

The offered salary range for this position is 45,000 to 65,000 SSP per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
