Key Responsibilities
- Collect and validate property market data, including rental rates, vacancy trends, and transaction volumes.
- Prepare concise market intelligence reports that support client presentations and internal strategy sessions.
- Assist in the development of financial models for property valuations, cash flow projections, and investment returns.
- Conduct site visits and field surveys in Mahébourg and surrounding districts to verify data accuracy.
