Job Overview

The FinTech Product Manager will lead the design, development, and launch of cutting‑edge digital banking products tailored to the evolving needs of Mauritian consumers and SMEs. Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for mobile banking, payment platforms, and digital lending solutions.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and pain points.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories for agile development teams.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure intuitive interfaces that meet regulatory and accessibility standards.
  • Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch, monitoring performance metrics and iterating based on feedback.
  • Coordinate with compliance and risk teams to embed security, AML, and KYC controls into product design.
  • Develop go‑to‑market strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns in partnership with marketing.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on product progress, risks, and ROI.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of FinTech trends, digital payments, and open banking ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Education
