Job Overview
The Logistics Automation Engineer will design, implement, and optimize automated solutions across Maersk’s warehousing and distribution facilities in Mauritius. Key Responsibilities

- Lead end‑to‑end project implementation, from concept through commissioning and handover.
- Integrate warehouse management systems (WMS) with automation hardware to ensure seamless data flow.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost‑benefit analyses, and ROI calculations for automation projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed engineering documentation, schematics, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing automated equipment.

- Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve system efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians on automation best practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and PLC programming.

- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.

Education
