Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agronomy Research Scientist to join our specialized R&D team in Moka. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute large-scale field trials to evaluate new seed varieties and crop protection products.
• Analyze phenotypic and genotypic data using advanced statistical software to determine product efficacy.
• Collaborate with regional agronomists to adapt global research protocols to local environmental conditions.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.

Salary
