Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agronomy Research Scientist to join our specialized R&D team in Moka. Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute large-scale field trials to evaluate new seed varieties and crop protection products.
- Analyze phenotypic and genotypic data using advanced statistical software to determine product efficacy.
- Collaborate with regional agronomists to adapt global research protocols to local environmental conditions.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor emerging agricultural trends and pest pressures to guide future research directions.
Required Skills
- Advanced expertise in plant pathology, soil science, or crop physiology.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as R, SAS, or Python for biological data.

Education
A minimum of a Master’s degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Crop Science, or a closely related biological field is required. A PhD is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage for this senior-level position.
Experience
Candidates must possess at least 5 to 7 years of professional experience in agricultural research, preferably within a multinational biotechnology or seed company. Proven experience in managing field trials and analyzing complex datasets is essential. Salary
The annual gross salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 650,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s specific expertise and previous research accomplishments.
