Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Developer to lead our data visualization and reporting initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end BI solutions, including ETL processes and complex data models.
  • Develop interactive dashboards using advanced visualization tools to communicate key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data warehouse performance and ensure data integrity.
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for reporting tools.
  • Provide expert-level guidance to junior analysts and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Monitor and maintain existing BI reports to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of insights.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and complex query optimization.
  • Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Strong communication skills to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Python or R for advanced statistical modeling is highly preferred.

Education

A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field is required. A Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience may be considered in exceptional cases.

Experience

A minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or a similar analytical role is mandatory. Proven experience in a large-scale enterprise environment is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of delivering scalable BI solutions.

Salary

The offered salary range for this position is 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP per month, depending on experience and technical expertise.
