Job Overview
The Senior Mining Engineer will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical design, planning, and execution of our extraction projects in the Chamarel region. This position requires a high level of technical proficiency in mine design software, a deep understanding of geological modeling, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that all mining activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in strict accordance with environmental regulations. This role is critical for optimizing resource recovery and ensuring the long-term viability of our local operations. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive long-term and short-term mine production plans.
- Oversee the design of open-pit or underground mine structures using advanced CAD and mining software.

- Monitor and optimize ore extraction processes to maximize recovery rates and minimize waste.
- Lead regular safety audits and ensure compliance with all international mining safety standards.

- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and site supervisors.

Education
