Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze daily operational data from terminal systems, transport management software, and customer portals.
• Identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and performance gaps, and propose actionable improvement plans.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly KPI dashboards covering on‑time delivery, dwell time, equipment utilization, and cost metrics.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and freight forwarders to streamline loading, unloading, and inventory handling processes.
• Support customs and regulatory compliance by ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission of required filings.
• Assist in the development and testing of automation tools, such as predictive routing algorithms and real‑time tracking dashboards.
• Participate in cross‑functional project teams focused on network redesign, digitalization initiatives, and sustainability projects.
• Provide ad‑hoc analytical support for senior management during strategic planning cycles.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a data‑driven approach to decision making.
• Knowledge of logistics processes, freight forwarding, and supply chain best practices.

Education
