Job Overview
The Admissions Officer will play a pivotal role in managing the end‑to‑end admissions cycle for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Reporting to the Director of Admissions, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through application procedures, evaluating academic credentials, and ensuring compliance with university policies and national regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete admissions workflow, from inquiry handling to enrolment confirmation.
- Review and assess academic transcripts, certificates and supporting documents for authenticity and eligibility.
- Coordinate with academic faculties to verify programme prerequisites and capacity.
- Maintain the admissions database, ensuring accurate data entry and regular updates.
- Provide timely and personalized communication to prospective students via email, phone and virtual meetings.
- Organize campus tours, open days and virtual information sessions to showcase university strengths.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies targeting local schools, community colleges and international partners.
- Monitor admission trends, generate reports and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with the Ministry of Education guidelines and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with the Financial Aid Office to advise applicants on scholarship and funding options.
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education

Experience
Applicants should possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in university admissions, student recruitment, or academic counseling. Experience with digital application platforms and international student services is highly valued.
Salary
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from SSP 80,000 to SSP 120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The remuneration package includes performance‑based incentives and annual reviews.
