Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our Capital Markets team. This role is critical in supporting our investment advisory services by conducting rigorous financial modeling, market research, and asset valuation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying investment opportunities, assessing risks, and preparing comprehensive investment memorandums for our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform complex financial modeling including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) analysis.

  • Prepare detailed investment committee reports and client-facing pitch books.
  • Analyze property data, including lease structures, vacancy rates, and operating expenses.
  • Assist in the due diligence process for property acquisitions and dispositions.

Education
