Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical frameworks for data collection, storage, and usage
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with GDPR, AI ethics guidelines, and local regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ethical considerations into AI and analytics projects
- Provide training on data ethics best practices to stakeholders
- Monitor emerging trends in data governance and recommend policy updates
Required Skills
- Expertise in data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and ethical AI principles
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proficiency in Python/R for data analysis (preferred)
- Knowledge of machine learning ethics and bias mitigation techniques
Education
Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Public Policy, or related field. Additional certifications in Data Ethics (e.g., CDE) are advantageous.
Experience
3-5 years in data governance, compliance, or AI ethics roles. Experience in the financial services or healthcare sectors is a plus.
Salary
450,000 SSP – 600,000 SSP per annum, depending on experience.
