1. Job Summary
The Full-Time Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role ensures that staffing needs are met efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
- Draft and post job advertisements across online platforms, job boards, and community channels.
- Source candidates through referrals, NGOs, recruitment drives, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
B. Screening & Selection
- Review and screen job applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews.
- Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and job fit.
C. Documentation & Verification
- Collect and verify employment documents (IDs, academic certificates, references, police clearance).
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of candidate records.
D. Offer & Onboarding Support
- Prepare employment offer letters and coordinate onboarding documentation.
- Support HR in contract preparation and employee induction processes.
E. Database & Reporting
- Maintain an updated recruitment database and candidate tracking system.
- Provide regular recruitment reports to HR and management.
- Manage standby candidate pools for urgent hiring needs.
F. Coordination & Compliance
- Liaise with Staffing Coordinators and HR teams to prioritize vacancies.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with labour laws and internal policies.
- Follow up with placed candidates to monitor retention and performance.
3. Required Skills & Competencies

4. Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR role is an advantage
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and job platforms
