Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Facilities Manager to oversee the comprehensive maintenance and operational efficiency of our luxury property portfolio in the Black River region. This role is critical to ensuring that all physical assets are maintained to the highest standards of safety, aesthetics, and functionality. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs for all managed properties.
- Manage and supervise third-party contractors, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Oversee large-scale capital expenditure projects and property renovations from inception to completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential structural or mechanical issues before they escalate.
- Manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement of services and materials.
- Ensure all properties comply with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with estate owners to align maintenance schedules with their specific requirements.

- Advanced knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

Education

Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in facility management, preferably within the luxury real estate or hospitality sector. Proven experience in managing multi-site operations and large budgets is essential for success in this role.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from SSP 45,000 to SSP 65,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and technical qualifications.
