Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Hospitality Sommelier to lead our wine program and elevate the dining experience for our prestigious clientele. This role requires a profound knowledge of viticulture, wine pairing, and cellar management. The successful candidate will act as an ambassador of fine wines, guiding guests through curated tasting experiences and managing an extensive collection of rare vintages. This is a pivotal role within our Food & Beverage department, ensuring that our beverage service matches the world-class culinary standards of our Michelin-starred chefs. Key Responsibilities

• Curate and manage an extensive, high-value wine cellar and beverage inventory.
