Job Overview

The Senior Radio Frequency Planning Engineer will lead the design, analysis, and optimization of radio access networks (RAN) to ensure optimal coverage, capacity, and quality of service. Working closely with the Network Operations, Core Engineering, and Product teams, you will develop RF models, conduct drive‑test measurements, and implement advanced planning tools. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end RF planning for 4G LTE and 5G NR deployments across Riviere du Rempart and surrounding regions.
  • Develop and validate propagation models using terrain, clutter, and demographic data.
  • Perform drive‑test campaigns, analyze measurement data, and generate optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate with site acquisition, civil, and construction teams to ensure design compliance.
  • Manage spectrum allocation, frequency reuse, and interference mitigation strategies.
