Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute store business plans to achieve sales, margin, and profitability targets.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a multidisciplinary team of department managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.
- Monitor inventory levels, shrinkage, and stock replenishment processes to maintain optimal product availability.
