Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational performance of the wind farm, targeting a minimum 95% turbine availability.
- Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans in collaboration with OEM service providers.
- Monitor real‑time SCADA data, analyze performance metrics, and implement optimization initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
- Manage the O&M budget, control expenditures, and report financial performance to senior management.
- Coordinate with local authorities, grid operators, and community stakeholders to maintain compliance and foster positive relationships.
- Prepare detailed operational reports, KPI dashboards, and incident investigations for internal and external review.
- Mentor and develop a local operations team, promoting knowledge transfer and career growth.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of wind turbine technology, preferably experience with Siemens Gamesa or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in SCADA systems, data analytics tools, and performance monitoring software.
- Excellent leadership and team‑management capabilities, with a focus on safety culture.
- Effective communication skills in English and French; knowledge of Creole is an advantage.

Education
