The Demi Chef de Partie plays a vital role in the kitchen brigade, assisting the Chef de Partie in managing a specific section.

Support the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and standards.

Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff and apprentices, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
