The Chef de Partie is a key member of the kitchen team, responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

This role requires a creative and skilled culinary professional who can work efficiently under pressure while maintaining the quality and consistency of dishes.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the assigned kitchen section (e.g., grill, pastry, sauces).

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards, ensuring quality and portion control.

Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and culinary skills development.

Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing food waste.

Ensure that the kitchen area and equipment are clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Maintain clear communication with other kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
