Job Overview

The Public Policy Analyst will support the Policy and Planning Department by conducting rigorous research, evaluating policy options, and providing evidence‑based recommendations to senior officials. This role involves close interaction with various ministries, statutory bodies, and external stakeholders to ensure that policy proposals are grounded in solid data and aligned with national priorities. The analyst will prepare briefing notes, policy briefs, and impact assessments that inform decision‑making at the highest levels of government. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on fiscal policies, tax reforms, and public expenditure programs.
• Develop comprehensive policy briefs, white papers, and impact assessment reports for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with inter‑ministerial committees, international donors, and private sector representatives to gather data and insights.
