1. Job Summary

The Client Administrator / Senior Client Administrator will be responsible for managing the administrative needs of a portfolio of clients. The role involves client interaction, transaction processing, cash management, and coordination with external service providers such as bankers, lawyers, and advisors. The position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure efficient client service delivery.


2. Key Responsibilities

A. Client Portfolio Administration

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for assigned client portfolios.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Ensure smooth execution of client-related administrative processes.

B. Transaction & Cash Management

  • Process wire transfers for investments, redemptions, and operational expenses.
  • Monitor and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
  • Support cash management activities in line with internal procedures.

C. Client Support & Communication

  • Respond to client queries and resolve day-to-day issues efficiently.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and their advisors (bankers, lawyers, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong professional client relationships.

D. Reporting & Documentation

  • Assist in preparing monthly statistics and KPI reports for senior management.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all client transactions and activities.
  • Maintain compliance with reporting requirements and internal controls.

E. Coordination & Compliance

  • Liaise with service providers and transaction counterparties.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational manuals.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and operational assignments as required.

4. Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
  • Entry-level candidates (trainee) and experienced professionals are welcome
  • Prior experience in client administration, finance, or banking is an advantage
