Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose data‑driven improvements.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models to support inventory planning and demand management.
  • Collaborate with operations, transportation, and customs teams to streamline processes and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for senior leadership, highlighting key trends and actionable insights.
  • Monitor vendor performance, negotiate service level agreements, and manage relationships with third‑party logistics providers.
  • Support the implementation of digital tools such as warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
  • Ensure alignment of supply chain strategies with DHL’s sustainability goals and corporate social responsibility commitments.

Required Skills

  • Advanced analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, and transportation concepts.

Education

Salary

The compensation package ranges from SSP 800,000 to SSP 1,200,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The package includes performance‑based bonuses and benefits.
