Job Overview

The Academic Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing and monitoring academic programmes within the Faculty of Business and Management. Reporting to the Head of Academic Affairs, the incumbent will collaborate with faculty members, external partners and administrative staff to ensure curricula are current, compliant with accreditation standards and aligned with market needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and review programme curricula, learning outcomes and assessment strategies in collaboration with academic staff.
  • Coordinate programme accreditation processes and ensure compliance with national and international standards.
  • Manage the enrolment cycle, including student admissions, registration and progression monitoring.
  • Facilitate communication between faculty, students and external stakeholders to address programme-related queries and concerns.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on programme performance, enrollment trends and graduate outcomes.
  • Organize workshops, seminars and guest lectures to enrich the learning environment.
  • Support the development of online and blended learning initiatives to expand access to education.
  • Monitor budget allocations for programme resources and recommend cost‑effective solutions.

Education

Experience

Candidates should possess at least three to five years of experience in academic programme coordination, curriculum development, or a similar role within a tertiary education institution. Experience in managing accreditation processes, student services or educational technology projects will be viewed favorably.

Salary

The successful applicant will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from SSP 350,000 to SSP 500,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salary reviews are conducted annually based on performance and market benchmarks.
