Job Overview

The Aerospace Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of Air Mauritius’s fleet through meticulous inspection, repair, and overhaul activities. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections of airframes, engines, and avionics in accordance with manufacturer manuals and regulatory requirements.
  • Diagnose technical discrepancies, develop corrective action plans, and oversee the execution of repairs.
  • Coordinate with parts suppliers and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts and components.
  • Maintain detailed maintenance records, logbooks, and compliance documentation for each aircraft.
  • Participate in root‑cause analysis investigations following any incident or technical fault.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and maintenance technicians.
