Job Overview

The Customer Experience Manager will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of end‑to‑end customer journeys for Orange Mauritius. Reporting to the Head of Customer Operations, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Marketing, Sales, Product Development and IT—to ensure seamless interactions across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer experience strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Map, analyse and optimise customer journeys across voice, data, digital and retail channels.
  • Lead a team of analysts and specialists to monitor NPS, CSAT and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with product and service teams to embed customer insights into new offerings.
  • Design and implement feedback loops, surveys and voice‑of‑customer programs.
  • Identify pain points and drive root‑cause analysis to implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior leadership highlighting trends, opportunities and ROI.
  • Champion a customer‑first culture through training, workshops and internal communications.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data‑driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience in journey mapping, service design or CX methodologies.
  • Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM, CX platforms and analytics tools.
  • Ability to translate insights into actionable business improvements.
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capability.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is required. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CXPA, PMP) are considered an advantage and demonstrate a commitment to professional development.

Experience

Applicants must have a minimum of five years of progressive experience in customer experience, service excellence or related fields, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector. Experience leading large‑scale transformation projects and managing cross‑functional teams is essential.

Salary

The compensation package ranges from SSP 800,000 to SSP 1,200,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The package includes performance‑based bonuses, health benefits and a comprehensive retirement plan.
