Job Overview
The Financial Inclusion Product Manager will lead the design, development, and launch of digital financial products aimed at underserved populations, including low‑income households, small businesses, and informal sector workers. Key Responsibilities

- Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics in alignment with the Bank’s financial inclusion strategy.
- Collaborate with technology, compliance, risk, and marketing teams to develop end‑to‑end product solutions.
- Lead agile product development cycles, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder reviews.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with the Bank of Mauritius guidelines and international best practices.
- Develop go‑to‑market strategies, pricing models, and partnership frameworks with fintech providers.

Education
