Job Overview

The Senior Agricultural Data Analyst will lead the collection, integration, and interpretation of large‑scale agricultural datasets to drive data‑informed decisions for Bayer’s local and regional initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines that ingest field sensor data, satellite imagery, weather forecasts, and farm management records.
  • Perform advanced statistical analyses and machine‑learning modeling to predict crop performance, disease risk, and optimal input schedules.
  • Collaborate with agronomy experts to validate model outputs and ensure relevance to local farming practices.
  • Generate clear, visual dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders and external farmer partners.
  • Lead data‑quality initiatives, establishing standards for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of agricultural datasets.

Required Skills
