We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our technical operations team. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise complex aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities.
  • Ensure all maintenance actions comply with Civil Aviation Authority regulations and manufacturer specifications.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize aircraft downtime.
  • Oversee the inspection of airframes, engines, and avionics systems.
  • Manage a team of junior engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure the availability of certified parts and tools.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all maintenance activities for regulatory audits.

Education

Experience

A minimum of 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance is required, with a significant portion of that time spent in a supervisory or lead engineer role. Experience with narrow-body and wide-body commercial aircraft is highly preferred.

Salary

The offered salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 650,000 SSP per annum, depending on the candidate’s specific expertise and certifications.
