Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Operations Manager to lead our Security Operations Center (SOC) in Port Louis. This critical role involves overseeing the daily operations of our security monitoring, incident response, and threat intelligence teams. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) team to ensure rapid response to security incidents.
• Develop and refine incident response playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee threat hunting activities and proactive vulnerability assessments across client networks.
• Coordinate with global security teams to integrate new threat intelligence into local operations.
• Provide high-level technical guidance during critical security breaches and forensic investigations.
• Manage security automation workflows to increase the efficiency of the SOC team.
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to incident detection and response times.

Required Skills

• Advanced expertise in SIEM, EDR, and NDR technologies.
• Deep understanding of network protocols, firewall architectures, and cloud security (AWS/Azure).
• Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing technical teams.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills under high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical risks into business impact for stakeholders.

Education
