Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our technical team in Beau Plan. This role is critical to our large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring the stability and safety of all ground-related construction activities. You will be responsible for analyzing soil and rock properties, designing foundations, and managing complex geological risks. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive geotechnical investigations and site assessments to determine soil and rock characteristics.

- Provide technical oversight and guidance to site teams during excavation and foundation installation.
- Review and approve geotechnical reports prepared by external consultants.

Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in geotechnical modeling software such as Plaxis or GeoStudio.
- In-depth knowledge of international geotechnical standards and local building codes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities regarding complex soil-structure interactions.
- Excellent technical writing skills for producing detailed engineering reports.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Education
A Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Geotechnical Engineering is mandatory. A PhD in a related field is highly preferred. Professional accreditation (Chartered Engineer status) is a significant advantage.
Experience
A minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience in geotechnical engineering, preferably within a large-scale construction or heavy industrial environment. Proven track record of managing complex ground engineering projects from inception to completion is essential.
Salary
