Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed soil analysis and implement integrated pest management (IPM) strategies to ensure plant health.
• Supervise a team of junior horticulturists and garden technicians to maintain high aesthetic and scientific standards.
• Collaborate with international botanical institutions to participate in global seed banking and exchange programs.
• Manage the implementation of sustainable irrigation and water conservation systems across the gardens.

Required Skills

• Advanced expertise in plant pathology, soil science, and tropical horticulture.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale botanical projects and diverse horticultural teams.
• Strong scientific research capabilities and experience in data collection for botanical studies.

Education
