Job Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team in Triolet. This role is critical to optimizing our logistics networks and ensuring the highest levels of efficiency in our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify bottlenecks, predict trends, and implement strategic improvements across our regional distribution networks. This position requires a blend of technical expertise in data modeling and a deep understanding of global logistics workflows. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and recommend actionable solutions.
- Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to streamline inbound and outbound logistics.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to transit times, costs, and carrier performance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through route optimization and vendor performance analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management regarding supply chain health and strategic initiatives.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Deep knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is mandatory. A Master’s degree or professional certification such as APICS (CSCP/CPIM) is highly preferred.
Experience
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of direct experience in supply chain analysis, logistics planning, or operations management within a large-scale international organization is required. Proven track record of implementing process improvements that result in measurable cost savings.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
