Job Overview

The Laboratory Quality Assurance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that all production processes and final products adhere to strict international food safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the quality control laboratory.
  • Develop and implement rigorous testing protocols for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 17025 and other international food safety standards.
  • Manage laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance schedules.
  • Analyze laboratory data to identify trends and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Oversee the training and development of laboratory technicians.
  • Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality deviations immediately.

Education

Applicants must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a laboratory management role within the food or beverage manufacturing industry.
