Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Procurement Specialist to join our manufacturing division in Curepipe. This role is critical to our operational success, ensuring that we secure the highest quality raw materials and packaging at the most competitive prices. The successful candidate will manage complex supplier relationships, optimize procurement workflows, and drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising our strict quality standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the production team to forecast material needs and prevent stockouts.

  • Drive sustainability initiatives by sourcing from certified ethical and eco-friendly suppliers.
  • Manage procurement budgets and provide regular reports to senior management.

Education

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or manufacturing sector. Proven experience in managing large-scale supplier portfolios and complex negotiations is essential.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
