Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of new hydropower turbine and generator systems.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs for all plant assets.
- Supervise on-site technical teams and contractors during major overhauls and emergency repairs.
- Analyze operational data to optimize water usage and power generation efficiency.
- Ensure all operations strictly adhere to Mauritian environmental regulations and safety protocols.
- Manage technical documentation, including single-line diagrams, maintenance logs, and performance reports.

Education

Salary
