Key Responsibilities
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on hydraulic system failures to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and implement predictive maintenance schedules for heavy machinery hydraulic circuits.
- Monitor system performance using real-time telemetry and sensor data.
- Collaborate with the design team to suggest modifications for improved component durability.
- Conduct field inspections and laboratory testing of hydraulic fluids and components.
- Provide technical guidance to the maintenance crew regarding complex hydraulic troubleshooting.
