Job Overview

The Lead Cybersecurity Analyst will spearhead the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive security strategies to protect IBM Mauritius and its clients from evolving cyber threats. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce enterprise‑wide cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Lead threat hunting, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing initiatives.
  • Oversee incident detection, analysis, and response, ensuring timely remediation.
  • Coordinate with IT, legal, and business units to align security controls with regulatory requirements.

  • Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary security teams.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.

Education

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline is required. Candidates holding a Master’s degree or specialized postgraduate qualifications will be given preference.

Experience

Salary
