We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Incident Responder to join our elite Security Operations Center (SOC) in Port Louis. Key Responsities
- Lead complex incident response engagements to identify, contain, and remediate advanced persistent threats (APTs).
- Perform deep-dive digital forensics on host-based and network-based artifacts.
- Develop and implement containment strategies to minimize business impact during active breaches.
- Collaborate with threat intelligence teams to integrate new indicators of compromise (IOCs) into detection logic.
- Conduct post-incident reviews to identify security gaps and recommend long-term remediation strategies.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in malware analysis and reverse engineering techniques.
- Expert knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS internals and file systems.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP) and traffic analysis.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills under high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical findings into actionable business intelligence.
Education
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as GCIH, GCFA, or CISSP are highly preferred.
Experience
Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in incident response, digital forensics, or advanced threat hunting within a large-scale enterprise environment. Proven experience in managing large-scale security breaches is essential for this senior-level position.
Salary
