Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the procurement of logistics services and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Negotiate with local and international vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.
- Monitor shipment statuses and coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and transport teams to align procurement schedules with operational needs.
- Analyze supplier performance metrics to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certification in procurement (such as CIPS) is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage during the selection process.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of direct experience in procurement or logistics coordination, preferably within a large-scale international logistics or shipping firm.
