Job Overview
The Property Development Analyst will support the Development & Investment department in evaluating, structuring, and managing real estate development projects from concept through delivery. This role involves market research, financial modelling, feasibility analysis, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to assess demand, supply trends, and competitive dynamics in the Mauritian real estate market.
- Prepare detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, IRR, NPV, and sensitivity analyses for prospective development projects.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda, feasibility reports, and presentation decks for senior management and investors.
- Coordinate with architects, planners, engineers, and local authorities to ensure project compliance with zoning, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project performance against budgets and timelines, providing regular updates and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Support the negotiation of land acquisition, joint venture agreements, and financing arrangements.
- Maintain a database of market intelligence, comparable transactions, and industry benchmarks to inform strategic decision‑making.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and data visualization tools.

Education

Salary
