Job Summary
Phoenix Beverages Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to expand market presence, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across retail, wholesale, hospitality, and corporate channels in Mauritius. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, execute sales strategies, and contribute to achieving ambitious commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement territory sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across retail outlets, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and distributors.
- Conduct regular field visits, product presentations, and sales negotiations.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales reporting systems.
- Participate in trade events, exhibitions, and business networking activities.

Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Commerce, or a related field.

- Experience in FMCG, beverage, retail, distribution, or consumer goods sectors preferred.
