Job Overview

The Sustainability Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that highlight Unilever’s sustainable product innovations and responsible business practices. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with R&D and supply chain teams to translate technical sustainability achievements into consumer‑friendly messages.

  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance metrics, ensuring ROI and KPI achievement.
  • Lead cross‑functional workshops and training sessions to embed sustainability principles across the marketing organization.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and NGOs to amplify sustainability narratives.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and industry standards related to eco‑labeling and product claims.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of sustainability concepts, circular economy, and responsible sourcing.
  • Proven expertise in integrated marketing, digital media, and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.

Education
