Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement costs across multiple hotel departments.
  • Negotiate complex contracts with local and international suppliers to ensure best value and quality.
  • Monitor supplier performance against established KPIs to ensure compliance with Accor’s global standards.
  • Collaborate with Executive Chefs and Housekeeping Managers to forecast inventory needs and prevent shortages.
  • Manage the procurement lifecycle from requisition to final delivery and payment verification.
  • Identify and vet new vendors that align with our sustainability and ethical sourcing initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Advanced negotiation and contract management capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of hospitality supply chain logistics and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in ERP software and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and price fluctuations.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and vendor relations.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certification in procurement (such as CIPS) is highly desirable.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, specifically within the luxury hospitality or high-end retail sector, is required. Proven track record of managing large-scale vendor contracts and optimizing supply chain efficiency is essential.

Salary

The offered salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
