Job Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Hospitality Revenue Management Specialist to join our Grand Baie operations. This role is critical to our commercial success, focusing on optimizing room rates, inventory availability, and distribution channels to maximize Total Revenue Per Available Room (TRevPAR). You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and historical data to drive profitable decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market demand and competitor pricing strategies to adjust daily rates.
- Manage inventory across various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and direct booking channels.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop seasonal promotional strategies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly revenue performance reports for the regional management team.
- Monitor booking pace and identify potential revenue leakage or missed opportunities.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and revenue management software.
- Strong understanding of dynamic pricing models and yield management.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative reasoning abilities.

Education

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in revenue management or commercial analysis specifically within the hotel or luxury resort industry. Proven experience in managing multi-channel distribution is essential.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics.
