Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Hospitality Sommelier to lead our wine program and elevate the dining experience for our elite clientele. This role is not merely about pouring wine; it is about storytelling, education, and creating sensory journeys through curated pairings. The successful candidate will manage our extensive cellar, advise guests on fine vintages, and collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to design seasonal wine menus. Key Responsibilities
- Curate and manage an extensive collection of fine wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic premium beverages.
- Provide expert wine recommendations and pairings to guests, enhancing their overall dining experience.
- Conduct regular cellar inventory audits and manage procurement of premium labels.
- Train and mentor junior floor staff on wine service standards and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop bespoke beverage menus for special events and seasonal offerings.
- Maintain impeccable cellar temperature and storage conditions to ensure product integrity.
Required Skills
- Advanced knowledge of international wine regions, grape varieties, and vintage characteristics.

Education
A formal certification from a recognized body such as WSET (Level 3 or higher) or CMS (Certified Sommelier) is mandatory. A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is highly preferred.

Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP, depending on experience and expertise.
